Welcome to the Irish Potato Federation (IPF) website, IPF being the representative body for Potato merchants in Ireland.

The Irish Potato Federation represents the potato merchant industry nationally. It promotes the interests of its members and represents the industry at official meetings with state agencies. As a member of Europatat it also keeps its members fully briefed on the progress and implications of EU laws and policies.
